Refund policy

I have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right. If a product arrives damaged you will have 24 hours to email me at midnightnarrativeshop@gmail.com with a photo and order number and I will determine if I will replace the item. 

Shipping 

  • I am not responsible for USPS delays due to weather or holidays 
  • I am not responsible for lost packages, unfortunately it is out of my control, and you will need to contact your local postal service for further information regarding your package.

Exchanges
I do not offer exchanges 

Refunds
I will notify you once I have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
